• Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Guests are asked to check-out by 10am on the day of departure.
• We expect our guests to pay a Good Housekeeping Bond of £100 payable direct to our bank at least 7 days prior to check-in. This is refundable within 48 hours of check-out provided that our Good Housekeeping rules have been kept. We ask that all used beds are stripped, all used towels, robes etc are separated ready for washing and that the cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition.
• The cottages are cleaned and carefully checked between each let.
• Heating and lighting is included in the price.
• All bedding, towels, robes for adults, tea towels, dishwasher pods are provided
• All breakages must be reported and either replaced or paid for at the end of the stay.
• The owners reserve the right to retain the Good Housekeeping bond and if necessary to seek compensation for any damage discovered after the guests have left.
• The accommodation is only for the use of the persons shown on the booking form. No letting or sub-letting is allowed. Occupancy must not exceed that stated for any reason.
• In exceptional circumstances, the owners have the right of access to the properties at any time during the let.
• All cottage interiors are NO smoking. Guests are requested to refrain from smoking outside and that should they do so, all cigarette butts are disposed of in a bin. We do not provide ashtrays and take a dim view of our plant pots being used for this purpose.
• The owners regret that they cannot be held responsible for any accident that occurs whilst on site.
• The owners will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage, bicycles, pushchairs, cars or their contents.
• If the guests have any problems with the accommodation then they are to contact the owners immediately so the problem can be resolved.
• The owners reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund if the behaviour of any guest is considered unacceptable, or the number of occupants exceeds that stated on booking.
• Confirmation of your booking will be made once the £100 deposit is received.
• Balance of payment is due six weeks before the arrival date. An Email reminder will be sent.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Holiday insurance is recommended but not a mandatory requirement for booking the properties. However no money can be refunded if you cancel as you are legally bound to pay for a holiday you cancel.
• We are happy to accept up to two well behaved and house-trained dogs with each booking, provided owners observe our house rules. No puppies under 12 months. No dogs are allowed on beds or furniture, dogs must not be left unattended in the cottage at any time and absolutely no dogs are allowed in the hot tub.
