Originally built in the 18th Century this former cow shed has been tastefully transformed into three comfortable well appointed cottages suitable for people of all ages.

Situated in a quiet, tranquil rural Ceredigion location in West Wales , these cottages are only a short drive north of the pretty riverside town of Newcastle Emlyn which has a good selection of pubs, cafes, independent beauty salons and a castle.

Inside each cottage the furnishings are contemporary country-cottage style with pine furniture and hand-made kitchens. Each is equipped with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofa and armchairs, a table and chairs seating four, TV with Freeview& integrated, CD and DVD players and a selection of books, and visitor information. Upstairs in Cherry & Ash cottages there is a double and a twin bedroom and in Oak a double & single bedroom. Each cottage has a compact shower room. Cots, high chairs, baby gates and baby equipment are available on request.

Outside, through the French Doors, your private hot tub awaits in a fenced patio area with garden furniture. There is a separate shared laundry and drying room for guests use.

Oak cottage has a sun-room with cane furniture and above a sun deck with patio furniture accessed via a door from the master bedroom. You can enjoy uninterupted views towards the Preseli Hills.

We provide a simple welcome pack on arrival consisting of tea bags, coffee, a loaf of bread and half a dozen eggs and some Welsh Cakes.

All bedding and towels are provided. Heating and lighting is included in the price.

There is ample parking on site.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome.
